- Psychoeducational Evaluation: $550 for community referrals or $450 for UW faculty, staff, and students.
- Preschool and Private School Admissions Assessment: $300 for community referrals or $200 for UW faculty, staff, and students.
- Intervention Services – Individual: $450 for community members or $350 for UW faculty, staff, and students for up to 12 intervention sessions. Individuals participating in fewer than 10 sessions will have their costs prorated.
- Clients who participate in intervention services following a clinic-based diagnostic evaluation will be assessed a reduced rate for intervention services: $250 community rate or $150 UW affiliate rate.
- Intervention Services – Group: $250 for community members or $200 for UW faculty, staff, and students for 8-12 group intervention sessions.
- Clients who participate in intervention services after a clinic-based diagnostic evaluation will be assessed a reduced rate for intervention services: $150 community rate or $100 UW affiliate rate.
- Parent Training/Consultation: $200 for parent training or consultation that is provided on a more limited basis of up to two meetings per year. Ongoing consultation or more than two meetings per year is charged $350 per family.
- School Consultation: $250 for consultation with school professionals which is provided on a limited basis of up to two meetings per year. For ongoing consultations or more than two meetings per year, the cost is $400.
